Writing has always been a therapeutic way for me to express my thoughts. Growing up I collected journal after journal filling the pages with my thoughts, hopes, dreams, and naturally whatever drama my life was currently facing. My passion for writing led me to major in Creative Writing and minor in English at the University of Arizona (Beardown!). After graduating in spring of 2015 I jumped into the corporate world and took an entry level sales position with a major payroll processing company. It was not the career path I had originally envisioned for myself, but life does have a funny way of working out. After working in sales for over two years I was given the opportunity to switch paths and become a corporate recruiter. A job that better fits my personality and I often question why it took me so long to realize it. When I am not helping others lock down a new job, I am in the gym workin’ on my fitness. I started competing in NPC Bikini Competitions in late 2016 and have competed in a total of seven shows including one National level show in Las Vegas back in July of 2019.
I met the love of my life in August of 2016 on a popular dating app (NOT Tinder lol) and he popped the question exactly one year later in Disneyland. Although we had not been dating for too long, when you know, you know, and I knew the moment I met him that he was The One. We officially tied the knot on September 22, 2018 in Phoenix, Arizona surrounded by all of our friends and family. Our wedding was
everything I could have hoped for and more and shortly after returning from our honeymoon in Aruba we bout our first home! We are currently living in the beautiful Southern Arizona desert along with our five (yes, FIVE) large doggies. With over a year of marriage under our belt, we are now preparing to move into the next chapter- growing our family and adding a baby to the mix! I decided to create this creative platform to help share my first-time mom experiences from preconception and beyond! I have been looking forward to this next chapter for such a long time and am so excited it is FINALLY here! My Pinterest board is stacked and I cannot wait to share my experiences with you! With my love of health and wellness, I am hoping to showcase my steps to a safe and healthy pregnancy and recovery. Let’s get this party started!
